I took a pressure washer hose in to be repaired, Owner said he wasn't sure if it would work because of size ,took a chance and had him repair it. Needless to say he was right, hose came apart , took it back to him to see if he could crimp repair any tighter he said no and was given a full refund even though I did not have a guarantee that it would work. I was very pleasantly surprised by that since I didn't ask for a refund. I will definitely keep doing business here they are very polite and honest about their work. Something you don't find with most businesses these days.
