This is by far the worse service you can get in Westchester. There's a blonde lady, forgot her name, who many many people have complained about, either personally to her supervisor or formally through complaints to USPS. They never bother to let her go. It looks like she's been there doing internal work for a number of years and in the last 3 years she's been at the counters. Bad idea. I know a few people who avoid this Post Office because of her. No matter what you do right, she will find something wrong to complain about and not accept your mail the way you brought. She is a devil! Ugly skinny blue eyed blonde over 50 y.o. Beware!. If she doesn't like you, she will give you hell. You don't need to do anything. It's all about her mood or if she doesn't like your face, no matter how old or good looking you may be. She's pure evil.
