"Crystal" or "Daisy Miller" is SOOOO RUDE!!! She called asking for our plant manager, and after I asked her a few questions like "What company are you with?" so I could give a manager a "heads up" on who they would be speaking to, she said in a sarcastic tone: "What company are YOUUUU with?" Seriously, that is NOT a way to get your foot in ANY door. Be nice to the Gate Keeper, and we just MIGHT let you in. I got all of her fake info "Crystal from Equipment Company Incorporated" (whatever- I think she was just trying to make her company name sound like a similar company to ours). She would not tell me what she was calling about other than there was an "issue" she needed to discuss. I put her on hold, and before I could get back to her with MY fake excuse of why I wasn't putting her through, she hung up. She's lucky I wasn't able to put her through to anyone- they would not have appreciated her lies and rude attitude towards me!!
