I have a '91 Camry. C&C is the official towing company for AAA, so I figured they were a good repair shop to use. NOT! I went to them last February for a car inspection. At that time, the master door lock switch had stopped working properly. I asked Sarah to take at look at it since I was there. I was not looking at what she was doing. When I did notice, Sarah had rippped out the part and had broken the cover of the part. The part no longer fits where it should, sits sort of hanging out of the place where it is supposed to fit, looking very tattered. The locks still didn't work the way it should. Saraha told me that getting a part from the junk yard, and repair would cost $125.00. I declined. The locks worked if the driver's side door was closed or pulled close. Locks worked completely from the passenger side. All the windows worked perfectly. In November when my car did not start at all. I had the car towed by C&C. After 3 days, I was able to pick up my car. Nick told me that they had repaired the Starter Relay, that the car would start and run, but to bring it back the following week, after Thanksgiving because something else need to be done. At that time I became aware that the windows nor locks no longer worked. I told Nick before I left the shop. He said he knew and would fix them when I brought the car back. On Nov. 27 the car wouldn't start again. Again had car towed to C&C. C&C had my car for 6 days. When I just went to get my car, none of the locks nor windows worked. Nick tried to tell me that the windows were already not working the 1st time I brought the car in. THAT IS TOTALLY NOT TRUE. The windows were working just fine and the locks were still working the way I initially described. Nick told me that he didn't do that type of work, that he had an electrician knowledgeable in that type of work that he would have check out the problem. "Electrician" never showed. On the 6th day, I finally just went and took my car. Windows and locks still inoperable.

We just had the best automotive service ever. Our car was sputtering out and stalling for no apparent reason. I called C & C and they told me to bring in my car right then to be checked. Unfortunately, I was not able to get my car to the shop because it kept stalling and I was left broken down on the side of the road. I called them back to see if they offered towing to the shop. A gentleman came in his own car, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it there on the spot. This was all done on a Saturday afternoon when most shops are closed. I will definitely return there for service and regular oil changes.
