I'VE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS FOR TOWING AND MECHANIC WORK!! THEY ARE AMAZING AND FRIENDLY! THUMBS UP TO THEIR SON WILLIAM JR.!!!!

We got a flat on the spillway bridge heading to Krotz Springs. The hatch on the car is stuck and we could not get to the bolt to drop the spare tire. The officer who stopped to help us called William and Son Auto. They were there in 20 minutes, they moved us off the bridge onto the shoulder of the road, AND he managed to get our spare tire out which he then put on for us. Not only was the service amazing, it was significantly cheaper than we expected. These guys are awesome, we would use their service again!

I do not recommended to let them tow are work on your vehicle.I had a BMW that was broke down on the side of the road.When Mr.Williams came out to pick me up I asked him to take it to a shop on 415.He said he could fix my car.Well after three day and $1500.00 my car was still not fix.Had to get it towed to BMW so they could fix the problem.
