Horrible experience! A child showed at my home with no tools, could not do the job, then requested to rebuild my chimney, which is nothing more then a exhaust vent. We only needed them to come out to remove a birds nest which I did not have a ladder to reach, he actually asked to use mine! They couldn't even get that right. When I said I would have done it myself if I had the tool, After already refusing service, without extra there unneeded repair. I said I need working heat, I guess I would have to use a toilet snake and do it myself, the child asked me to repeat myself and the child they sent who looked like he was missing a kiss concert, said he didn't need that attitude rudely bolted from my home and spun out of my drive way. Mind you he never went on my roof, nor did he take off the pipe from the furnace to even look into the problem. He wanted to make a $175 dollar job a $2000 dollar one. Never call these people, seem like con artists to me.
