This company is a joke he was there 15 min. put the vac in one spot told us we needed a new leach field and a new tank and was going to charge us $395.00. He rolled his stuff up to leave. we checked the tank it had only been pumped 1/4 way down. Told him and he got a attitude and cussed and said why did we not say something before he put the vac. away. Like that is my job. He then got mad and said just pay him. I told him i would give him 200 which was being generous since i have to call someone else to finish the job. He made up every excuse there was. He even called the sheriffs office on us. They came out and told him he was best off taking what we gave him since the job was not done. I called another company they came out did the job and said yes they have heard about Johns By John bad reputation! Don't use this Company!
