I would give them 0 stars if possible. Overcharged my grandma with dementia by 5000 dollars for a new AC unit. Abused the fact she has dementia and kept returning to charge her for random large sums of money for little to no work done on brand new equipment.
They recently tricked her into buying a contract she did not need and then tricked her into paying 7000 for no work done. They didn't even tell her the amount, they took her credit information and charged her later without her consent on the cost.
I and other family members have called them and told them to leave her alone and stop abusing her illness, but they come when we are not around and trick her into paying them money. In the end, they ripped her out of over 20,000$ in the past year alone.
Disgusting people!!!!

I called Cool Ducts based on a referral from a friend who recommended them. The gentleman who came by was very polite and knowledgeable. Our AC unit was not running as it should, he walked me through everything and kept me a part of it. At the end we decided to go with a new system and it was the best thing we ever did. We've had it for about 2 months. It was a very enjoyable experience he made it very easy for us. If you do ask for somebody I believe his name was John...

New Manager- Despicable Behavior, Bad Temper



Cool Ducts representative came out for a free follow up service this manager from their office called saying that we needed $2000.00 worth of service on our unit, in fact I got the impression he was demanding that we pay it. Any normal home owner who needs to have services or repairs done to their home needs a proper explanation from a company what and why this service needs to be done and then the home owner has to consider when they can do it based on their budget. Apparently the manager of Cool Duct forgot this is America and companies cannot force you to do what they say in your own home. the manager started ranting and then saying we were broke and started telling the technician their broke so let’s wrap it up and charge them for the free visit. The technician didn’t. People like this guy are why American companies are failing and I feel sorry for any hard workers at this company because of this guy.
