I've lived here for 10 years and this place has gone so far downhill. I walked in today and I was disgusted by the whole shop. Almost every surface was dirty with some unidentifiable substances, hamster cages contained bedding that any quick google search will tell you is toxic for hamsters, rats, and mice, there was no lid on the cricket cage and there were various escaped crickets in the store, the fish tanks were ill-kept and contained several dead fish, the reptile containers held nothing except a food dish, a water dish, and newspaper, the betta tanks were ridiculously tiny (they are always too small in my opinion, but in this case the size was absurd). Almost none of the animals were being treated properly, the place was a mess with used and discarded materials all over the store, messes not cleaned up, empty shelves with very few supplies to choose from, and to top it all off service was nonexistent. Don't shop here unless you're rescuing some poor creature inside.
