From making at appointment to picking up my new pair of glasses, I have been nothing but satisfied with the service I received.



The exam itself was very thorough (most intensive I have ever received.) Dr. Nelson was very pleasant, and I didn't feel rushed when seeing him. The staff there was also very friendly.



When it came time to choose a pair of glasses, the staff was helpful, but not pushy. I didn't feel like I was being 'talked into' anything.



I was told the glasses may take 10 to 15 business days to receive, but to my surprise, I received a phone call 5 days later, saying they were ready! When I picked them up, they were just perfect! They even took the time to make sure they 'felt good' on my face, and adjusted them accordingly.



I have been to several different optometrist's offices over the years, and this was by far my best experience! I'm glad I found them, and look forward to working with them in the future!
