My husband is in a wheelchair, it was starting to rain and we were walking near the French Market looking for a cab to take us back to our hotel (Old No. 77) when we saw a white van cab (later learned it was White Fleet Cab No. 0076). He pulled over to the curb and helped me get all our stuff, including my husband's wheelchair, into the cab. He took us to our hotel and charged a very reasonable rate. Unfortunately I left my camera in his cab. That was our last night in New Orleans and we had to leave on the train at 7:30 the next morning. The door man said sometimes the cab will find it and bring it back to the hotel. Well, he did and the hotel sent it to me. If not for the great service of that cab driver going out of his way, I would never have gotten back my camera and the pictures, primarily. Thank you! He was also very nice and respectful.

One friday, late morning, I saw a white cab, cab driver almost run a moped off the road. no concern for others, no concern for the safety of others, this guy needs to be taken off the road before he kills someone
