Welcome to the first sake brewery in the gulf south! We are committed to using local resources so we handcraft premium sakes using Louisiana-grown rice! As New Orleans natives we appreciate the protections the wetlands have to offer. In researching the perfect rice we came to understand the role they play in rice cultivation and so we knew what we had to do - that's why we donate a portion of profits to the conservations of American wetlands. You can find our taproom in the Lower Garden District just off Tchoup. It is housed in a converted historic warehouse and overlooks our brewing facility. We have a spacious patio with tons of covered and uncovered outdoor seating. Our adjoining neighbors, The Commissary, offer a menu of elevated bar fare that compliment our sakes! We offer a wide variety of sakes in the taproom including traditional sakes, sparkling varieties, and our unique cocktail-inspired infused sakes.
