Worst salon experience I've ever received. I'm from out of town and called the salon 3-times to set up an appointment and confirm price. The receptionist was friendly and attentive. The stylist was nice, but over processed my daughters hair. Did not consult with her as to what she wanted and her blonde hair is now ghost white. But the worst part was the owner. She is a total flake. I watched her halfway finish a client's dreads and send her out looking a mess. The poor girl said, "Can you at least fix the top? I told all my friends I was getting my hair done." I was overcharged by a substantial amount and when I disputed, she threatened to call the police. After further discussion, she did in fact call the police! In an effort to salvage the visit with my daughter, I paid the overcharge and left. I'm so upset by this I have retained an attorney.
