The most unprofessional owner, Darin Godbold, that I have ever had an experience with in my entire life, both on a professional and personal note. Toca flooring completed a project for a client, and our biggest mistake was paying prior to getting everything fixed. Once that bill is paid, long gone! Should have taken note to that when I rented a new renovation from the very immature and bratty child-like Darin “God-plex” Godbold. Not ONE thing on a pre-move in punch list has been completed, there’s a gas oven with NO vent leaking carbon monoxide, faulty electrical wiring, and his response to every maintenance request is “Do not contact me. I am not fixing a thing. It’s not like you’re renting the Taj Mahal.” While I pay $2300/month in rent for a house with no blinds and he lives in a 3 story house next door and doesn’t fix crap. DO NOT SHOP AT TOCA!! Worst customer service EVER!!

They have a beautiful Showroom!!!

They have great prices on tile and wood flooring.

I had brazilian cherry wood floors installed by Toca Flooring and I am extremely happy with them! They were on time and just a wonderful experience Thanks- Donna
