Mr. Bethune represented me when I went up against a former employer for my unpaid wages and when they tried to discredit my unemployment claim (I was discharged without cause and they tried to say that my discharge was due to misconduct). I was frustrated because I knew that what I was dealing with was completely new for me, while for my former employers this was something that they went through routinely with former employees. Even though I knew that I was only fighting for what was rightfully due to me, I was terrified to go through with it because I knew absolutely nothing about any kind of legal process whatsoever. Mr. Bethune was present and persistent every step of the way, and I have to say that I am exceedingly glad that I did as he advised me and held them to the wall to give me what I was rightfully owed. He was professional, clear, logical, and aggressive. The results couldn't be better, and for that I give him a five star rating and wish I could give him even more.
