Provided by YP.comSteven is hands down the best stylist I've ever been to! I started going there just over a year ago, and my hair was bleached out, breaking off and just in terrible shape. He gradually transitioned me to a beautiful dark shade of blonde with highlights and I love it! My hair is now thick, soft, healthy and fabulous! I will continue to go there forever!
