St. George's School is an Episcopal day school that was founded in 1969 ands is located in New Orleans. It serves more than 300 students in prekindergaten through grade eight and has preschool, and upper and middle school divisions. The school s academic curriculum includes language arts, art, religious study, mathematics, science, social studies, technology education, foreign languages, music, and physical and health education. It provides a wide variety of facilities, such as classrooms, administrative offices, indoor play area, a cafeteria, library, and photography and science laboratories. The school also offers various sports, including basketball, softball, volleyball, football, soccer, cross country, cheerleading, baseball, fencing, and track and field. St. George's School is a member of the National Association of Episcopal Schools and National Association of Independent Schools.
