Ken and Rose were wonderful to work with. They sold my property very quickly. We knew of their reputation and basically left it in their hands to get it done. They kept us informed and the whole process was smooth. They told us what the market price for the property was and found us a cash buyer. After the property was sold, we contacted them several times with questions and they were always quick to pick up the phone or call you back. They know the market well and marketed our property in an agrgessive manner. We have more New Orleans property and will use them as our listing agent. Great agent. Knows her stuff, organized, and straight to the point. We saw plenty of properties during our short two day trip in New Orleans. Rose worked hard to make sure we got to see plenty of properties near where our daughter will be working at Oschner. She was very patient with us and knew the market well.
