The only good customer service I got from this business is that they answered the phone. Other than that she wasn't very nice.



I had an emergency situation for a service she did in the past and advertised on her website but her response that she continued to repeat is "I don't know you".



I don't think you know any new customers but that shouldn’t be the reason you decline a service. If you are looking for help I recommend Debs Dog Care. She was much nicer and helpful.

AWESOME. She is so loving towards the dogs, they love her! Would use only her now for sitting.

I used this service on the spur of the moment. I called and got a professional attitude with a hint of animal lover. Boy, was she! The dogs went right up to her and were kissing her, she really treated them well. I thought the fee was reasonable compared to boarding facilities. I would definitely use her again. Her references were glowing.
