Provided by YP.comThe instructors are friendly and the dojo is a very peaceful and beautiful place. I have been looking for a place to practice where I could progress at my own pace and learn an effective martial art. My conditioning has gone up since I started practicing, and my stress has gone down. I would recommend this martial arts school to anyone looking for more peace and fitness in their life.
