I had a wonderful experience with these people. They were very polite and made sure they made my appointment, even called to say they were coming earlier which was great. They are very effective in their work and made sure that I were pleased with the results. Its a local company that are very reliable and hard workers, and appreciate their customers.

I found New Orleans Carpet Cleaning's very polished web-site. Called and scheduled an appointment - Was given a time slot (between 2 and 4) the following Thursday - I took off work, went home and waited - I called after my time slot had passed - They said was on the schedule and they would find out where the cleaners were and call me back - 45 minutes later when I hadn't heard from them I called them back -THEY LET THE PHONE GO TO VOICE MAIL
