Had a train horn installed, Love It! I highly recommend this place for car accessories. The staff was so friendly and the service was fantastic. Great prices too!

Mobile Tint and Audio seemed to have reasonable prices and good reviews so I went in to get my 95 Honda tinted. When I came back the tint looked alright other than a few small bubbles which they fixed, but when I actually got in my car I saw that it had been damaged, by breaking off the plastic button on the shifter. They claimed they didn't do it and blamed the age of the car, but it was fine before I brought it in. I ended up having to pay for a new shifter button to replace the one they damaged. They also left my car unlocked in the front of their business after finishing the tint, in the middle of gert town where someone passing by could have easily stole my phone charger or popped the trunk and stolen some tools, because they didn't take two seconds to lock the door when finished. I would recommend avoiding Mobile Tint and Audio and getting your car tinted somewhere else where your automobile will be treated with more care, even if you have to spend a little bit more.

Had an Appt and deposit down and got bumped for a drive-up customer.  Zero customer Loyalty stay far far away from this shop!!



5 personal vehicles and several Company fleet vehicles brought to this shop.  Had a 3 pm appt held by a deposit.  Called on way in from Gulfport, MS to say was running behind.  Said ok come in.  Then was called back and Told I had 5 minutes to arrive or they would bump me (3:15pm). Arrived at 3:25 and treated me like I had never stepped foot in their shop with several personal and company cars over many years and told me they bumped me for a customer who just drove up!!!!!!!  Ive been giving this shop business since they 1st started in warehouse in kenner. 



I was furious and asked for deposit back and they denied a refund.  I was only told when made appt this was a deposit to hold my appt.  Never told was Non Refundable and that if I was 25 mins late my spot would be given away to drive up customer!!



Bottom line, bad business  ZERO CUSTOMER LOYALTY and they kept my $20 even though I showed up for appt. 



Will bring all my business elsewhere and highly recomend you stay away from this Money grabbing Zero Customer loyalty business!!!!



Found a another local shop today who did an excellent job on my car and did not act as if they were doing ME a favor. Was so pleased I refered a buddy of mine to bring in both of his cars this week for 3M protective film for front end and windshield for 2.cars $2000 job. Thats what good customer service does.....referals that I will never go out of my way to send to the Money grabbing Mobile tint and Audio. So thank you Mobile Tint and Audio keep my $20 deposit and and your staff continues to give bad service to customers.
