Overall Rating 10 STARS! Our grandmother needed some work done on her ice maker. He dropped what he was doing, headed over to her house, did the job thoroughly, helped her understand the process. He helped an elderly lady to the fullest. Our society has lost touch with positive doings such as this. Thank you for taking the time to help her. I called this company to take a look at some appliances that were all connected and started backing up one day. Instead of running an initial camera inspection, they attempted to clear the "clog", then came back and ran an inspection. It turned out the main pipe under my house was cracked and holding water. They waited several days to schedule the camera inspection. I had to call them to schedule it! Then, I waited another week for an estimate for the work that needed to be done! I currently have buckled floors due the moisture from the cracked pipes rising up. Not good! They really weren't professional and didn't seem to care at all. Not to mention, they stole my very expensive hand towel :( I do NOT recommend this company. There are several others who are much better in the area.

I was having water heater issues. The initial response was quick and professional. After the first service call didn't rectify the situation, they came out to replace the water heater. Not only did they NOT use the brand requested, BUT they dropped the water heater in the attic putting a crack in the ceiling and knocking a large oil painting off the wall damaging it and a few other things. They have ignored every e-mail and phone call I have made to them I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE....

Needed a new hot water heater. Got one on the same day for a very reasonable price. They were very professional and courteous! Will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
