Totally disgusting.....1 STAR rating is too high for this business!!! This business was recommended to me by a friend, I made sure that they were registered with the secretary of state and the BBB before utilizing their services. I enrolled my 10 month old pug puppy in a 3 week boarding training program (stays at business for the three weeks). The owner had to go out of town for a family emergency which is understandable. But common sense would tell you to have someone come and stay with and tend to the animals in your care during your absence. My baby girl was left unattended, neglected and locked in her kennel (full of feces and urine) while in their care. When I arrived for my scheduled pickup the owner sent me a text that my dog could not come home. Needless to say I was not happy and we went back and forth in texting when she finally admitted to being out of town and no one was there with the dogs left that were in her care. I told her I was not leaving without my baby girl and I sat there for hours waiting on someone to arrive so that I could take my girl home. When I dropped her off I was allowed in the home. But when someone got there to give me my baby girl on the pick-up day as I tried to follow her inside the door was shut on me. I tried to stop her from shutting the door so that I could get in to see the condition all of these dogs were left in but to no avail. (Normal practice is picking up/delivering pets I wanted to see where she would be). She smelled horrible & her kennel was full of urine and feces. She had sores in both ears which the owner minimalized (sores were bad enough to be scarred). Owner says l if I had any experience with dog interactions I would know that sores and scabies is a common thing. I understand accidents happen but I should have been notified of the injuries to my dog.

I have definitely filed a complaint with the BBB.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT UTILIZE THE SERVICES OF THIS BUSINESS!!!!!
