I took my girlfriend car,a Mercedes she is very picky about her car , she needed the driver side window replaced, they had to order it, but they had it the next day. After reading the reviews I though ,maybe I should take her car somewhere else, but like to support local black owned businesses in my community . So I asked for the manager and told her I was concerned Dionne assured me they would take care of it properly, and they did. There was no problem, I showed up at the time we agreed on, and I was done within the hour.Great service, courteous, fast. I would recommend them to my friend.

I believe there must be new management because the job that I received was Awsome. There prices were much lower than everyone I called and the time it took to finish the job wasent that long. Will definitely use them again

SEVERELY damaged my vehicle interior w/ the blade they used to take out window! I was promised by the general manager Leonard Johnson that he would have the damage paid for. When I asked to use another mechanic besides the one that damaged my car, I was told to "call a lawyer". PLEASE do not get ripped off by these ppl! I wasn't even offered a refund! I ended up paying a LOT more than $149 for a new window! I'm sure I won't be the only lawsuit...

Don't waste your time or money. The "receptionist" (I use the term loosely) was extremely unprofessional as she was having a personal conversation on the phone while making customers wait. If you've ever wondered what the term "ghetto fab" meant, just check out the receptionist at the broad location. As far as the work goes, the hood of the car was slightly damaged as the windshield was being replaced. Initially they denied it but being that the car was basically brand new and in immaculate condition they recanted and offered to use touch up paint to fix. I politely refused and took it as a lesson well learned. You get what you pay for. Garbage.

Take your business somewhere else. While waiting on my tint job at least 3 other vehicles were brought back in to fix issues with the tint job. The technician tinted a hair into the window and left many bubbles, the tint on the sunroof was not cut down to size, and when trimming the door window tint the technician cut into the rubber seal around the window. I had to bring the car back in to get the "hair" window redone, and was told that as far as the air bubbles were concerned there was no way to get them all out and they would not fix that. Would not recommend to anyone.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO TO THEM! they don't even deserve any kind of rating that is how bad they are.

They quoted my windshield to be $149 which I was ok with paying but AFTER they took my windshield out they magically changed the price to $192. YOU CAN NOT DO THAT! A good auto place would NOT quote me a price and then change it .



HORRIBLE customer service!!! I do not recommend them to anyone! The employees were eating WHILE FIXING MY WINDSHIELD!

plus they falsely advertise their "ALL WINDSHIELDS ARE $149"

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE CHARGED FOR THINGS THEY DON'T EVEN EXPLAIN TO YOU AND HAVE THE EMPLOYEES NOT EFFICIENTLY DO THEIR JOB, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!
