Faun Fenderson was hired to settle the last will of my relative who passed in 2001. It is now 2015 and Faun refuses to release pertinent documents to the named heirs of this estate. Therefore, the heirs of Benson Kansas will be bringing criminal charges of Grand Theft and Larsony against Faun Fenderson, Jacob Kansas (no relation to the deceased) and Ronald P. Whittington in district 6. We will also he forced to name the above mentioned defendant's in civil charges of: malace neglect, loss of income, property damage and punitive damage caused over the laps of time we have been neglected.
