Do NOT rent a house or apartment from ELY EDWARDS ENTERPRISES!!!
He is an "absentee landlord" or if you prefer, slumlord. His only concern is the money he can squeeze out of the government. The houses have rat holes, the roofs leak, the wiring is ancient, and the appliances are pre 70s. Repairs are few and far between. He obviously has friends at HANO because there is NO way many of his properties should pass inspection. He is part of what's wrong with America and especially the City of New Orleans. He should not be allowed to participate in this program. Only thing that is paramount to Mr. Edwards is money. Altruism is not part of his vocabulary.
