I don't know how good of a company this is, but if its anything like the customer service of their manager its awful. A item flew out of the back of one of their vehicles and hit mine. It put a dent in my brand new truck. They would not even meet me halfway with the deductible. She told me to prove it and they weren't paying it. I saw the object fly out of their vehicle and hit mine. I filed a police report. Paid the $8.50 for the report. At their request I sent a copy of the police report which cost me $9 to fax to them. When they knew all along they were going to deny me. I would never recommend a company that has no moral value. All I requested from them was to pay half of my deductible because it was the drivers fault for not properly checking and securing the bed of the truck. The manager told me there was nothing in the truck and I could not prove it. If I were scamming them I would definitely not offered to split the deductible. Which I didn't feel I should have went that far. So all I can do at this point is tell everyone on every review of my issue. If it changes one persons mind in purchasing from them I have succeeded!
