I called this morning and asked about getting a estimate on the chinney cap and was told by MS.HERBERT that it would be 180.00 and that she can tell i cant afford it since i questioned what i would get for 180.00 i spent the past 30 minutes trying to get someone other than her but she refuses to let anyone help me. Shes rude, Hateful and very disrespectful. I asked to speak to the owner and she told me that he would not speak to the likes of me and that i should go take my welfare money elsewhere. VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE!!! And i didnt even get to speak to a sales person that could potientally fix my problem.
