I refuse to even rate this operation only doing so because I have to!!! My refrigerator went out and I was in desperate need of a repair man FAST! Thought I was lucky this company came to my rescue. Small guy with big attitude showed up, didn't even open the refrigerator, sat on the floor fooled around a bit, said I needed $1100 worth work!! Paid $108.65 for that crapy opinion. Another company come out...It was just the thermostat. Don't bother with these guys. I am going to the BBB to try and get my money back!!!

Great Staff! The experienced tech,
David Martin, was forthcoming and honest with his assessment. They were quick in getting here and fixed my dryer the first time out. I would highly recommend them!

I had 2 appliances that needed repair. I called Dial One and they answered the phone quickly and courteously. They scheduled an appointment which i failed to tell my wife about, but they called before they were coming out and i had to reschedule to a time when my wife would be available. This was no issue for them. The technician came out diagnosed the problems and by the next day everything was working like new. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs their appliances repaired!

Oh God! Please do not use this service. I was charged $200 to change out a part on my gas stove to repair one eye. Now all four are not working properly. It is also hard to get anyone to call you back. I also agree that the techs are not qualified. I will never use this service again.
