Bob's saved the day! My hot water heater was out right before the weekend and none of the plumbers I regularly call could take the job until after the weekend. Bob's Plumbing agreed to "squeeze" me in early Friday morning BEFORE their scheduled first call of the day. They were on-time, prompt and professional and finished the job quickly. Frank, who took my initial call, asked me what my regular plumber quoted me for the job - and then he beat that price! Couldn't have been happier with the decision to call Bob's Plumbing. A+!

When your ceiling is leaking due to a leaky pipe, a/c or running toilet; these are the people to call. They will call you back the day you leave a message. Very polite, respectful, and humourous employees. They don't BS like other plumbers do.

Had two men come to my house to repair hot water heater. Ran into more work than was expected. Had to drill a hole in the outside wall to insert a drain pipe. They also had to replace rubber pipe to a copper pipe. Did excellent work. Did work immediately even though they did not expect the extra work. Would recommend them highly to anyone who has any kind of plumbing problems whatsoever..

I have used this company twice so far, and both times were very satisfactory. A couple of days ago they fixed my leaky sink caused by bad strainers installed by the previous owners. They got the job done quickly and professionally and were enjoyable to talk to. Also the price seemed very fair for the job they did. It's rare to encounter that sort of customer service, so I just wanted to share it.

I am a landlord. I usually can do most everything except plumbing.  2/20/2017.  I called Bob's plumbing. my rental shower hot water was  very low pressure. Next day the technician Mike called when he was on the way which was very nice.  Mike was friendly , knowledgeable and professional  and got my hot water shower faucet fixed in 10 minutes.  Bob's plumbing also charged me a very reasonable priced. I would highly recommend to my family and friends. good job Bob's plumbing. thanks MIKE

Had crazy toilet problems:

Water kept running after you flushed......the toilet backed up, and then it didn't flush. But, worse of all, it leaked..and leaked ..and leaked. Found Bob's plumbing in Harahan. I'll start by saying their customer service and plumbing knowledge was awesome. They have fast turnarounds, they are punctual, very honest, and have reasonable charges. I would recommend Bob's Plumbing Inc. to anyone that needs a reliable and honest plumber.

I called bobs plumbing because my hot water heater went out. And they came out the same day and gave me a price on a new one. I was shocked how cheap the price was . They came out the next day and put us a brand new hot water heater. Thanks bobs plumbing for working with us.

I recently moved to Harahan and was need of a Plumber. I started looking online and ran across Bob's Plumbing along with 100's of other plumbing companies. As I started reading the review , I decided to give Bob's plumbing a call. The person that answered the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. I called in the morning and by the middle of the afternoon my plumbing issues had been resolved. I would recommended Bob's Plumbing to anyone who needs a Plumber. Their prices were extremely reasonable and the work done was outstanding. I have already saved Bob's Plumbing number in my phone and deleted all other plumbers. Very impressed

A highly reputable plumber I'd known and used for over 30 years retired, so he highly recommended Bob's Plumbing when I needed a special tankless gas water heater installed asap. I wasn't disappointed....Bob gave me a fair estimate. His professional office staff and crew know what they're doing....showing great communication skills and their expertise installing the heater quickly. He's earned my future plumbing service needs and I won't hesitate to highly recommend him to friends and family.

I have used Bob's Plumbing several times and they always provide exceptional service. Their service people are professional, always on time, complete the job and leave the workplace clean. They are very cooperative with coordinating appointments. They work as a team and get the job done. I am always happy with their service.

I found Bob's plumbing while doing an online search. They had numerous five star reviews on multiple sites, so I decided to give them a call. I am so glad that I did. Everything was above and beyond my expectations. When I talked to Frank, who answered my initial phone call, I felt like I was talking to an old friend. He was just so nice! I was given a rough estimate, which was very reasonable, so I made an appointment. The next day, a polite, clean cut plumber, Mike, rang my bell, along with his equally polite helper. They were the kinds of service people that you enjoy having in your home. When they started working, I was instantly impressed. I could tell they knew what they were doing. Mike was a perfectionist, just like me, which made me like him even more! When the job was finished & it was time for the bill, I held my breath. But to my surprise, it was exactly what I had been quoted! I am beyond thrilled that I found Bob's plumbing and I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I highly recommend Bob's Plumbing! They were so friendly, courteous and prompt. I do not generally leave reviews, but I was so impressed by their service and professionalism, I just had to. They very fair in regards to pricing. And they even cleaned up well before they left! Overall, just a nice group of guys running a good, family business. I'm glad I called them and will do so again if the need arises.

I have used other plumbing companies in the past only to be dissapointed and looking for another company. When I called Bob's to see about getting an estimate on a water heater I was impressed with the friendliness of the receptionist. I was told they could have someone come out around lunchtime. The plumber called when he was in route, when he arrived he introduced himself and went straight to check out the water heater. I was given a price, which was less then expected. I asked how soon I could have the work done, he said whenever I was ready. I scheduled to have the water heater replaced the following day. The plumber showed up early the following day and went straight to work. He worked fast and clean. Hot water again!! I was extremely pleased with all aspects of Bob's plumbing, I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family who are looking for a fair friendly plumber. I can honestly say I have found my plumber!!
