I never got to receive a service here actually as I set an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early only to find out that the stylist I was supposed to see was sick and had not called or texted to notify me. Her explanation about this later on was that "[she] did call and text everyone but I guess yours got overlooked." After texting the stylist (that's how you set up appointments here) multiples times to try and set up a new appointment, I got frustrated with the fact that you could not book more than a week out and therefore I could not seem to get an appointment as I have a pretty tight schedule myself. I understand if I have little availability, you can't just drop everything to see me, but I should be able to make a future appointment, but apparently that is impossible here. I asked the stylist for her permission to call Amazon to cancel my voucher at which point she texted me back saying that she does not like when people "are coming in on discount deals" and that I had "taken up too much of [her] time now please find another salon" My response? With pleasure :)
