Impossible to deal with. Hard to get an appointment. Sent out equipment without ever speaking to me and confirm what I need. First call was overseas.

Their customer service skills are horrible. They don't have recurring orders. All of the supplies come from all over the nation and not locally. They make you do their job for them by calling multiple numbers to place your medical supply orders. The people in the local branch office are rude and don't care if they have your business or not and show no concern or appreciation. The only one in the entire office who actually shows concern that you get your order for supplies are the respiratory department. When you place medical supply orders through their 800 numbers it goes to a call center to agents who have absolutley no medical training or knowledge of the products at all. You have to do their work for them but you don't get to have their paycheck deposited into your bank account. :(
