Got a chainsaw from Ed Hart he went above and beyond for me during the covid-19 pandemic the showroom was closed so we had to do everything over the phone. He had my saw put together and running for me in the 20 minutes it took me to get there to pick it up.

6 WRONG parts!!!
You can even bring in your parts that you want to replace they sell you the wrong parts I'm talking important parts like your needle valve, orings! then you get gas in your oil so when the new one comes in you can't compare Henry threw my part away!!! and then you have gas coming out of your muffler with oil!!!
I'm just so not happy :-( I feel so violated I'm telling you money hungry people/ business!!I finally ordered my new carburetor from the a location three hours away!! BUT IT'S TOO LATE MY ENGINE IS SHOT! you can't put wrong Parts in your Mower and keep trying to get it going it doesn't come without consequences!!! so now we can all see that's obvious!!
All I can say is they're not going to get away with this they would never have done this to a man that's what my neighbor said to me Ann you know they're jerking your chain ..I said no they're just incompetent!He said..no they would never had done this to a man!!!
