John had created a great Gun Shop for tens of years and was a legend here in SW CT. His passing is a tragic loss; but I expect the family, Mark, etc. will carry his legend forward. With the recent addition of now twice the space you can socially distance safely in the store. It's too bad John did not get to enjoy it loonger.
His prices are very good, fair and no question is ignored or not researched for you.

I am 61,i have gone to this great establishment since grade school,he fixed my dad's jap ww2 rifle ,old missing parts .22,even a 870 that fell in a river,and was full of sand .honest and fare.!☺
