We really liked the wainscot panels that they put on the porch. We also are very happy with the siding and gutter work.

We have used DeFalco Siding and Construction LLC for several home improvement projects. Chris has replaced all of the inside and outside doors and windows in our home. He upgraded the trim throughout our house as well as removing an interior wall and re-sizing a closet. Our most recent project with Chris was for the replacement of our exterior cedar shingles with vinyl siding with a cedar shake look.



Each job we have done with DeFalco Siding and Construction LLC has exceeded our expectations. Chris and his team are timely, polite, trustworthy and they keep a clean job site.



We will most likely stick with DeFalco Siding and Construction LLC for all home improvements.

Great job done on the new roof, skylights, gutters, insulation and vinyl siding on our Candlewood lakeside house and garage in Danbury.



The house is clearly less drafty from the wind on the lakes due to the siding. The Tuff-R insulation has made the house warmth more consistent from room to room. The rooms upstairs are warmer with the new insulated windows. Most people look at the house now and think it looks like a new house! The team had a great attention to detail top to bottom, and I appreciate the fact that despite it being a very large series of projects, nothing ever came up that resulted in a change in price other than approved material cost changes.



We would certainly recommend you to others considering siding and roofing projects. The outcome transforms the house.

DeFalco Construction did a new roofing job on my house in May 2007, and I would like to say the following about his work:



Chris and his team did a great job installing a new roof and gutters on my house. It was done as promised with regards to cost (appreciably lower than other estimates) and time (less than 1 week). When the job was finished, it looked great and no damage was done to my house or the foundation plantings. All construction debris was picked up.

We had extensive work done to my three-car garage. The work involved a new roof, siding and four replacement windows. The job was completed in a timely manner and the workmanship was top-notch. All of the old shingles and related demolition were cleaned up and removed from the property. Also put a new roof on the house which required the removal of four layers of old material as well as all new plywood and 30 year shingles. Also included were new rain gutters and flashing around the chimney. This, too, was handled very well. Once all of this work was done I could not detect any material or scraps from these installations around the house or garage. None of the above work required any return visits for warranty problems

We obtained 4 estimates when we decided to have window replacements, a new roof and vinyl siding done on our house. Out of the 4 companies, Chris was the most professional and informative about the complete job. He delivered his estimate when promised, started the job in a timely fashion and made sure we were satisfied with the work that was done. We have our roof completed, and are in the process of having the windows replaced and siding done and so far, we are very pleased. We have been very satisfied with his work, his staff, and his availability if we have questions. His prices were very competitive and we would highly recommend him in the future.

They did incredible work on my house! Everything was completed on-time, within budget and with exceptional craftsmanship. Their professionalism, workmanship and attention to detail are greatly appreciated. Our house looks better than we ever imagined! DeFalco Siding made beautiful siding and renovations on our house. The improvements made with the insulation and the large bay window that they replaced have made a noticeable difference on the energy use in our home. They helped us find the perfect sage green to compliment the new stone work we had done. We especially love the new front awning. They were able to build exactly what we had envisioned.



We have had so many neighbors come by to compliment the house. That is a testimony to the wonderful work that you did. We will gladly recommend them to friends and family as well as use them again for future jobs.
