Cutting Crew is very spectacular

Love them.

I have been a customer at Cutting Crew for several years. I truly enjoy the staff, especially Mary Ann. She always is professional and her haircuts are always good, in fact, when I go home my wife knows when, although unfortunate, I didn't get her. The staff is friendly and the shop is clean. I recommend them to all my friends.

This place is great and I have never been disappointed. All the stylists are very friendly and actually listen to you (unlike other places I have been). I have had my hair cut, colored, highlighted etc. I bring my husband and children 3 and 7 there and it's worth the wait when it is busy.

I've been going to The Cutting Crew for about three years now because its convenient location, but, I would not recommend them. Its not a very professional business. They pick who they want to service by skipping names on the list.. A few times I've signed in and waited my turn to be passed on for someone walking in and was told the person had an appointment. On my next visit I called ahead to reserve a time slot and was told no appointments, service by walk in only. I looked on the yellow pages and found 20 other salons in New Milford that would appreciate my business.

I have been disappointed here more than once.

I have taken years off, waiting for new stylists to cycle through- but it hasn't made much difference.

I can give my children better hair cuts at home.

And I had my hair colored... although you would never know- there was no color change.

I went in to comment and they really didn't seem to care.

I will try finding a new salon.

My wife visited and spoke to a person at the counter at approximately 2:30 pm. to confirm their closing time and was informed that it was 8 pm. This time is also indicated on the entrance. I arrived at 7:10 pm. and was told through the window, without either of the two people inside coming to the locked door, that they close at 7:30 pm. I called to confirm this and was told that they've closed at 7:30 for a long time. When I asked about the 8 pm. time on the door, I was told that she wasn't stupid and again the closing time was 7:30 pm. Oh, did I mention that at this point they were laughing at me. made me feel great! I have been their before and received good hair cuts, however after this treatment I will spend my money elsewhere for myself and my two children. Maybe someone else would like to do a simple mens haircut.
