Provided by YP.comI have been bringing my 2007 E90 BMW 328i here for about a year now. As most can imagine maintaining these cars is not exactly easy nor is it cheap compared to other cars.
Very satisfied with the work they have done and at this point they must have almost fixed everything on my car.
Mike, Jeff and Rob are awesome and knowledgeable. If your fine German automobile is out of warranty, don't mess around with other mechanics, go to these guys and know you will get it done correctly.

Provided by YP.comI brought my car in for a oil service and the tech noticed I had bad rear tires and since my car is awd I needed to replace all four tires luckily for me they were able to get me a new set of Michelins in a couple hours. The car drives and handle great with the new tires and oil service. I will be bringing my car back for future work when needed.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT BUY OR FIX YOUR CAR HERE!!!! These people are greasier and slimier then the oil in your car and SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED. I bought a 2003 325xi from these rats with the promise it would require very little maintenance because the car only has 70,000 miles on it. When I purchased the car it had brand new Cooper tires on it and I paid extra to have them replaced with my own snow tires and keep the ones that came with the car. When I went to pick it up they told me that my tires had disappeared and gave me old, used, nearly bald tires instead.
In addition to having to paint half of the car that was discolored and full of scratches with chipped paint, I have replaced thousands on dollars worth of parts, some twice, within less than 4 months of owning the car.
The key to start the car stopped working after 2 weeks of owning the car, which cost $300 to replace. I have needed to change all of my headlights and tail lights (some multiple times) and once instead of charging me $15 for a headlight, they charged me $150 and it took almost a month to get my money back from this "mistake" charge. After only 6 months of owning the car and needing it towed twice, it completely died.
The carfax I was given was not true to the condition of the car and none of the parts I was promised would be replaced or fixed before taking the car were. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY BY BUYING A RELIABLE CAR FROM RELIABLE PEOPLE

Although, we do have a very strong track record of selling quality pre-owned vehicles with minimal issue, there are always going to be individual situations where a car might have problems that surface beyond our inspection. We do offer a 60 day complimentary warranty even beyond what the State of Connecticut considers a warranted car which is within a period of 7 years of the cars make (i.e.- since the car is a 2003 model the State will not hold us accountable for that warranty since it is 9 years old). However, our objective is not to cower behind shrouds of laws written by the State of Connecticut or invalidate what you are writing. Our goal is to make sure you are happy with the purchase of the vehicle and also to ensure you stay on the road safely. Understandably, with cars, there will always be issues which is why shops like ours are in business. However, based on the last conversation, it was clear that your car required a new fuel pump. We have offered a few alternatives, but unfortunately the fuel pump is necessary for your car to function properly. Maintaining any vehicle is not an easy task financially and you have expressed finances being the pressing issue for you getting your car repaired. The previously discussed options are still available to you to at least help with the financial stress of owning a vehicle. We welcome you to contact us anytime and work this out
