Scott was very friendly on the phone and gave clear explanations for pricing, scheduling, and what to expect when he arrived at my home. He was very prompt - he came out the next day. Will definitely call him again in the future.

When our appliance manufacturer, a smaller company, recommended the wrong fix for our product, Scott made sure they corrected the problem with parts free of charge, and Scott refused payment for his additional time to rectify the issue as well. Scott is knowledgeable, professional, reliable and - most importantly - honest and fair. He genuinely cares about his customers, and I will call him whenever I have an appliance issue in the future.

My refrigerator broke on a saturday morning in the middle of summer, and I thought all my food would go bad because no one would come out and fix it on the weekend.
