I had city sewage back up into my house and Service Master cleaned up the entire mess, patiently answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. They kept coming back daily to make sure that my basement dried out entirely. Anthony and Jose did a fabulous job and I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Last year I contacted ServiceM...

Last year I contacted ServiceMaster to respond to water damage in my home. They responded and performed services as requested, however during their visit they damaged hardware in my home. They acknowledged the damage and returned only to patch the damaged hardware. I contacted the local office once again but they neglected to respond. The corporate office was also unwilling to respond or take responsibility for the damage. For the work performed I would have left an average rating, however, for their unprofessionalism and unwillingness to rectify the damage they receive a 1-star. - I hope their only rating was worth the $14 for the repair that I performed myself.
