Dr. Frank and his people are courteous, concerned, conscientious, knowledgeable and love your pets almost as much as you do. He is thorough and takes whatever time is necessary to explain things to you whether it is for an annual check-up or surgery, or anything in between. They always follow up with a phone call when your pet is sick or has surgery, which is something a lot of vets don't do. On a scale of 10; they are a 15!!!
