Outstanding service. Have serviced our entire family & extended families. Always makes it convenient to our schedules.

Our blower fan bit the dust and we had no air conditioning for 4 days. I called Ferguson because their add said "FREE ESTIMATES". When the technician came he immediately started taking out the blower fan...I had to ask him what was wrong and how much it was going to cost me. He didn't ask me if it was ok to take the part with him or if I wanted to continue my service with Ferguson. He then proceeded to write me a bill for $89.95 (he was in my house no more than 15 minutes total). When I called the next morning to inquire about my service I spoke to one of the owners who proceeded to tell me that the total cost (for parts and labor) would be $235. That same day when another technician came to install the new part I was billed $235. I told him the owner stated that was the total price, and he should subtract the $89.95 I had paid the other technician the day before. He called the office and was told that the owner said $235 was the total cost for today, NOT including the 15 minutes worth of unhooking a few wires from the blower wheel the day before. Oh, they did a fine job installing it and I now have a working air conditioner, but I was lied to about the cost of the job. For anyone who reads this: your repair technician should ALWAYS ask your permission to continue with the work once the problem has been found and should be able to tell you how much it's going to cost! If they don't, PLEASE find another service!

This is a great company.My furnace was on the blitz when it was freezing cold outside.

They were able to come to my house and fix the heater within 3 hours.The rate was reasonable also.Very good customer service.
