Husband employed 7yrs, absolutely an amazing company to work for! The benefits, yearly bonuses (added to 401k % of yearly earnings), faithful yearly raises (definitely competitive with other Salt Mines & way ahead of other companies!) & the Union stands behind their m truly astonishes me! 1st time I've ever had to deal with an Union Company! I've been impressed since the 1st month of employment! I've seen them do things for their employees other employers we'd dream did! 4 stars cause they don't give sick days, in this case vacation days must be used! IMO, they'd be unbeatable, if that'd be offered!
