When my Clopay 18ft garage door began to crack panels in the last year of warranty, I called the installer and he came and looked at it. He said he no longer installed that brand and would not stand behind it. He suggested I call Clopay warranty, which I did. They asked for pictures inside and out. Upon review by Clopay I was informed that it was installed improperly and would not be covered by warranty. I attempted a repair which lasted a few more months.. I called a couple of companies with Overhead door and the secretaries told me that the salesman would be in touch. Waited a few days and no calls. I called Mike's Overhead Doors and they came the same day to look. Their very professional installers were here the next day with a new door. They replaced every thing except the drive (which they readjusted) and were gone with a few hours. Very please with the installation, professionalism, fast service and the price was cheaper than the original bad installation. Great company.
