Very nice on the phone taking the order very helpful delivered the flowers on time. The flowers are beautiful and my girlfriend just raved over the beauty of the flowers and the politeness and the delivery of the flowers. I look foward to doing business with them in the future.

I strongly suggest that you DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM HERE!!!! I paid $85 for an arrangement and it looked NOTHING like what I PAID FOR. I purchased the flowers at 8:00am and by 4:30pm the flowers were still not delivered. My girlfriend called the shop at least 5 times before 5:00pm and got no answer. The owner called her back to explain no one was home when they tried to deliver, which was a lie because someone is always home, but no one from the shop tried to contact me or my girlfriend. The flowers didn't shop up to my girlfriend until 6:20pm when they were supposed to be delivered at 5:20pm. Had my girlfriend not called, I'm sure she would not have gotten the crappy arrangement I paid $85 for. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone, and it doesn't deserve any stars. Please read these reviews. Be cautious when you do order from here. I ordered the abundance

WORST SERVICE FROM A FLORIST!!!! I have posted photos of the work from JOLIE FLEUR. They charged $80 for this arrangement. Would you pay $80 for the flowers in the photos? Take my warning, this is the kind of sloppy work you will pay for if you use this florist.

If I could give this ZERO star...

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. Do not order from this company. I ordered my mother an arrangement of tulips from there website. I am a college student in Tennessee and wanted to let Mom know I was thinking of her. Keep in mind I ordered her the DELUXE version. What my mother received were droopy pink roses in a vase with a bow that was the most poorly tied bow I have ever seen in my life. It wasn't even a satin bow like in the picture. The worst part is there were SIX tulips MISSING! My mother and I both called and spoke calmly and politely. I told her what I ordered, gave her my info from the order, and asked why there were tulips missing after I paid $85.00 for these. I'm a college student. I don't have that kind of money, but did it to show Mom I missed her. The owner was so insulting and never apologized and accused me of lying. They will never have my business again. They even took my mom's flowers away after I demanded a refund. Go with Breaux's flowers. My Mom uses them, and Ms. Ella does amazing work, and would never be rude to any customer. Hope all of you will take my review under serious consideration.



A very close family member hired this florist service to handle her wedding arrangements during Thanksgiving weekend of 2011.



According to their web site, this is what they stated below:



"Jolie Fleur Florist proudly serves the New Iberia area. We are family owned and operated. We are committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts, backed by service that is friendly and prompt. Because all of our customers are important, our professional staff is dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one. That is why we always go the extra mile to make your floral gift perfect."



From the conversations I had with my cousin, their services was NOT even close to what they described. They were NOT committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts, customers WERE NOT important to them and and most importantly, they DID NOT go the extra mile to make your floral gift perfect.



Our justifications for giving them a very poor rating is mainly because of ineffective customer service, lack of thorough communications, the quality of materials were inadequate, and last but not least, took advantage of cousin's kindness by charging her an additional fee for something she did not commit.



Their statement above is completely invalidated and I strongly URGE all of you to stay away from this florist service. My cousin was a victim of their reckless service and we want to prevent this from happening again to someone else.
