If I could give Sears zero stars I would. I made the mistake of taking out a master protection plan for all my appliances, HVAC units, & water heater. Not only did I not get the service I requested as needed but, when I needed to get a replacement for my leaking water heater they managed to come up with charge after charge for items that should have been included under my warranty.
Sears has forgotten the meaning of good customer service. I am only hoping I can get someone in corporate that will be able to assist me at some point.
Better to stay away if you want to avoid the heartache and frustration.
