After picking up my caravan from them the tire rolled off while driving with two of my children in the car. They hadn't put all the bolts back. Something horrible could have happened to us and not only do they insist we still pay for the shoddy job, Ricky's wife leaves harassing and unprofessional voicemails on my phone.
