Just called as we were referred here to make an initial appointment. Before making an appointment I was asked my social security number (which I declined to give until I arrived for appointment). Next I was required to give them NOW...all insurance information as they "have to make a file". I was not asked why we were coming, what problem there might be, only a demand for information related to payment, including private social security number. Unless, I gave that information NOW she would be unable to make an appointment. Based upon this very clear violation of Federal law and the manner they choose to treat their patients...I'll be looking elsewhere for a less greed filled medical association.

Doc is quite good but staff and ability to reach her through office channels is IMPOSSIBLE, I quit her
