Patricia Goodsell rocks! I met her two decades ago when she was the seller's attorney in a house we were buying, she kicked my lawyer's butt - I never used him again and have used her ever since. She represented us when we eventually sold that house, my brother used her for the sale and purchase of his houses, and my sister the same. She was the lawyer for all the wills in our family and she did the Power of Attorney's for my parents. When my father became bedridden she came to our house for no extra charge. She was later the lawyer for my parents estate. Patricia Goodsell is an amazing conscientious attorney. She makes sure all the I's are dotted and T's are crossed. She is knowledgeable, kind, caring, ACCOMODATING, smart lawyer. She has saved us money and grief, she's is worth every penny she charges as far as I'm concerned. We have used her services for two decades and highly recommend her.
