If you love diners, DON'T come here! Just went end of summer/fall 2011, and one of the only diners, unfortunately, in our area. Have been there a few times over the past 3 years and it was hit or miss. Always go back hoping for a better experience next time. Well, this past time was the worst ever. Went with my children and they got the kids menu items. The spaghetti and meatballs meal was just disgusting. The meatballs had the oddest flavor...weird spice or mystery meat. Was not edible. pasta was heated and dried out. Grilled Chicken sandwich..All bun and the smallest piece of dry grilled chicken. The best were the battered fries. Not much for your main meal. Desserts that were to come with the kids meals did not and even the children didn't want to stick around for it. Also, there were flies all over bouncing back and forth from hanging pendant light to pendant light in the front booth area to the right when you walk in. Very annoying to swat flies and keep them off your abandoned food. Also noted that there were all new employees, like there was a clean sweep there or something? That visit was the last....diner craving or not! I'll wait until we go to Jersey for a proper diner experience!
